Setting Up Your Alerts is Quick, Easy and FREE.

Just follow the simple steps below and you are on your way to getting the most from your card.

Step 1

Log into your User Account by clicking the "Account Login" button at the top of the page. If you don't have a User Account set up, click on "SIGN UP" on the right underneath "FIRST TIME USERS."

Step 2

Once you are logged in, you will be taken tou your account page. Here you will see your balance, last transaction, and card holder information. To set up alerts, click on "ALERTS" on the bottom left under "ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT."

Step 3

To Set Up Email Alerts:

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Click "UPDATE"


To Set Up Text Message Alerts:

  1. Enter your cell phone number
  2. Enter your carrier (AT&T, Sprint, etc.)


To Set Up What Time You Receive Alerts:

  1. Select What time you would like your alerts to begin
  2. Select what time you would like your alerts to end
  3. Select your correct time zone
  4. Select if you would like to observe Daylight Savings for your time zone
  5. Click "UPDATE"

Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents at any time. Vision Visa Prepaid Cards are issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A.
